Program is good
Sunday thru
Thursday during
January, February, June, July, August, November & December.
Excludes Weekends & Holidays and is not valid with any other offer and
may be cancelled without notice! The
other exceptions are
holidays, weekends and a few nights where the Program is sold out. It is
available only thru this web site or for a limited time each year thru AAA
membership. Additional week nights or weekends and holidays can be booked at a
discounted rate, just ask the Kokopelli Suites staff when you call or email us.
When your reservation is confirmed, you will be guaranteed a room at the
quoted and agreed upon rate. Our regular rates are for single or double
occupancy plus up to 2 children under the age of 12 years old. The 2nd night
free program requires a minimum two night stay. You may add a third night or
weekend night at the discounted rate offered and accepted at the time of making
your reservation. Multiple 2nd night free programs are welcomed.
We are a limited-smoking property. Smoking is not
allowed in any guest room (except 3 designated rooms) or public spaces. However, in our desire to
accommodate your needs, we ask that you discreetly use our outdoor areas.
Cancellations by 4 PM 3 days prior to arrival
will not be charged. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged the
first night stay. The forfeited night charge can be transferred for use to
secure a future stay. That stay must commence within one year of the
cancellation date. Please note: early departures will be charged per original
reservation.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Should you arrive early, please check with the
front desk. Your room may be ready or the staff can help you with things to do.
Arrivals after 10 pm MUST make prior arrangements with our staff to ensure
access to your room.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Once again, please feel free to enjoy Kokopelli
Suites, but in order to give the room the attention you and all guests deserve
we appreciate your cooperation on this important point. Late check-outs require
prior arrangements or a late check out fee of $25 will be applied up to 2 PM.
